John has 8 years of ongoing legal experience, and prior to launching his career as a recruiting agent, John developed a successful legal research consulting firm working as a contract attorney for several sole-practitioners and client law firms in the Chicagoland area. Now, John approaches recruiting and staffing solutions with a blend of law firm experience and business marketing and development. John’s diverse work background and experiences allow him to understand and assess the exact type of law firm setting talented candidates seek. Likewise, having experiences in various settings, John knows exactly how different firms are structured and properly staffed.
